Memorial Day

This Memorial Day was one to remember! We headed over to Grandma and Grandpa Cappel’s house for some fun. It was super hot outside so we immediately jumped in the pool to cool down! If you know me you know I can not stand being hot, a pool is always necessary.

We got out our new telescope to start learning more about the sky and all the stars! (and some trees and the ground lol)

Our Prince lovesssss Sonic the Hedgehog so we watched Sonic 2 on the big screen outside and ate some Chili Dogs (vegetarian). Because Sonic loves Chili Dogs.

We played with some sparklers and the kids and I set up the tent for a Memorial Day camp out! This was our second time sleeping outside in a tent and the kids did really well.

We brought both our Camping and Stars, My Little Books to read! The kids love hands on learning experiences and this was the perfect opportunity for us.
