December to Remember 2022

This year we definitely had a December to Remember! One of our favorite parts of December is our Holiday weekend with our cousin River! He comes and stays with us and we pack in some holiday fun!

Friday

We started the weekend with a relaxing night at home with hot chocolate bombs, lots of snacks and of course a dance party! The kids had never used chocolate bombs before so it has become a new favorite in the house. After that we decorated sugar cookies. It got pretty messy but that’s alright, they tasted delicious.

Saturday

Saturday we went to the creation museum for their annual Christmas display. The Christmas light display is really pretty and the kids love exploring the botanical gardens. The creation museum added a new welcome center. It is super nice and offered us a bit of warmth during our time their.

After the creation museum we brought the party back home and enjoyed a bunch of holiday treats!
